SL 2000 Adjustable Turf Claw Glue Box

The SL 2000 Adjustable Turf Claw is a pre-set high-density plastic glue box designed to aid the installation of the SL1200 Red Stripe Tape (not included, available here). When utilized with a Five Gallon Pail of Turf Claw you will yield 250ft of coverage. The SL 2000 offers the adjustability of adhesive density through intuitive design.

About The Turf Claw Glue Box

The Turf Claw Glue Box, developed by Synlok Adhesives, provides a streamlined way to apply adhesive to artificial turf seam tape. It is shipped as an easy to assemble product that allows for the even distribution of turf glue while pulling the seam tape into position. See demonstration video:

Turf Claw Glue Box Tips

Turf Claw recommends that users only pour the adhesive while actively pulling the seam tape through the box. This may take a practice run if you are new to the procedure.

While Turf Claw adhesives will peel away from the high-density plastic construction if allowed to dry, pro users will apply masking tape to the surface to allow for quick and easy clean-up directly after use.

If you reach the end of your seam tape roll before the project is finished, you can transition a second roll with a slight overlap under the first in order to continue the operation “seamlessly”.
