RePURPOSE
Second-Life Off the Field
RePURPOSE of an object is to remove it from one application and reposition, reinstall, or otherwise place it into use for a different use or purpose, than the original use or purpose.
Examples of this with ReTURF are the RePURPOSE of sportsfield turf for alternate ground covering applications. These might include playground surfacing, dog kennel surfacing, erosion control, landscape surfacing, RV parking spaces, general parking areas, and many other uses.
